I chose this hotel for attending a summit as it offers a perfect all-in-one location ideal for business, leisure, recreation, and entertainment. Situated close to the industrial and business parks of Derrimut, Sunshine, Truganina, and Keilor Park, the hotel met my needs for a productive stay, providing comfortable accommodations and a pleasant environment.

One service I missed during my work stay was an efficient business center or dedicated workspace, which would have enhanced my overall experience while balancing work and leisure.

The location was nice and perfect: shopping centres and a market were within walking distance...

Particularly nice breakfasts, particularly helpful and very hospitable staff.

All in all great value. Lovely and beautiful location with magnificent view of the lake. Location near to a lake-close to Melbourne International Airport-. Very good service, private parking available on site. The pool area was well-maintained too.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and offers beautiful walks around the lake. It's just a short stroll to the Entrance Town Centre, making it easy to explore the area.

I did not like the phone call at 1.45am in the morning from Booked.net I would advise they work out their time zones, not happy at all about getting called at the hour, waking the whole house, and scaring the crap out of us (only bad phone calls come at that hour)

Great value with modern amenities. the venue is clean and spacious, offering amazing views. It's conveniently located near the shopping mall and Woolworths, with a lovely walk around the lake and nearby shops. the rooms are perfect and generously sized.

We liked this hotel. Amazing base for a weekend in Caroline Springs.

It was easy to find, close to shops and a nice location by the lake. The rooms were generous and the bed was to 'die for' we slept exceptionally well. We ate breakfast downstairs and the food was very nice, plenty of it and very reasonably priced.

I did not find any problems with the hotel at all. I would certainly return and recommend it to my family and friends

The accommodation at Mercure Melbourne Caroline Springs is modern and impeccably clean. Its location is convenient, with easy access to Melbourne Airport and the city. the check-in process is smooth, and check-out is hassle-free, plus there's on-site parking available. it offers great value.

Friendly staff, diligent cleaners and there's even security hovering around the reception.

This place has an amazing location that's close to shops, the center, and the casino.

The motel was exactly what I expect for the money I paid. Clean rooms, excellent staff, safe parking and the location was perfect for what I wanted to do. The booking was made easy and the reception staff welcoming. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient. What more could you need?

We did not have any sugar in the room for coffee but that was remedied the next day. That is the only thing that was not perfect for the whole stay.

The location was convenient and offered great value compared to other options. I enjoyed a modern triple room with a lovely view of the lake. the staff were helpful and respectful, and the atmosphere was peaceful.
